How long does the full franchise process take?

It typically takes 3–6 weeks from your first call to signing the agreement — depending on how quickly you review the FDD, complete your application, and finalize your decision.

What happens during the Discovery Call?

This is a friendly, no-pressure conversation where we learn about your goals, answer your initial questions, and explain what makes OHC Renovations different. Think of it as your starting point, not a commitment.

When will I get to see the financials?

You’ll receive our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) after the discovery call if we both feel it’s a good fit. The FDD includes details on revenue, costs, and more.

Is there a fee to apply?

No. There’s no fee to apply. We only ask for a deposit once you’re approved and ready to reserve your territory, and even then, it’s fully refundable until the franchise agreement is signed.

Can I choose any city I want?

We’ll work with you to evaluate your preferred city or region. If it's available and has strong business potential, we’ll move forward together. If not, we’ll help you explore alternative areas.

Do I need to travel for training?

In most cases, training is remote-friendly, with options to join live sessions and get personal coaching. Some hands-on or field training may be scheduled based on your launch needs.

What support do I get after I sign the agreement?

You’ll get everything you need to launch and grow, including operations systems, marketing tools, training, and ongoing coaching. You’re never left figuring things out on your own.
